IT INCLUDES INTERVAL TRAINING THAT WILL WORK ALL YOUR MAJOR MUSCLE GROUPS, INCLUDING YOUR CORE PROVIDING A GREAT CARDIO WORKOUT WITH BURSTS OF INTENSE ACTIVITY ALTERNATED WITH INTERVALS OF LIGHTER ACTIVITY.
